Booking Policy
and Cancellations

1. RATES
a) The rates indicated in the brochures and/or advertising, are valid for the periods marked therein and may vary due to the High Season or any special event,
b) Rates include breakfast, fees and governance services for the number of people specified in the booking request.  

2. PAYMENT METHOD

FOR AGENCIES OR END CUSTOMER
a) A minimum payment of 50% of the nights booked with the issuance of the "booking code" will be required in the confirmation of the same.
b) The balance must be paid within 48 hours prior to entry to the hotel.
c) All payments must be made by credit card or bank deposits, in a checking account to be designated by the hotel and the voucher must be sent to the email: etniabrasil@etniabrasil.com.br, to expedite the identification of the depositor.

FOR TOUR OPERATOR
a) It will be required to pay 100% of the nights booked with the issuance of the "booking code" in the confirmation of the same.
b) All payments must be made through bank deposits, in current account to be designated by the hotel and the voucher must be sent to the email: etniabrasil@etniabrasil.com.br, to expedite the identification of the depositor.

3. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
a) Requests for cancellations must be forwarded in writing, directly to the hotel reservations sector by e-mail etniabrasil@etniabrasil.com.br.
b) Cancellation percentages will be charged as shown below: 

LOW SEASON (1 March to 30 November except national holidays and commemorative dates)
- Up to 7 days before entry: 10% of the total amount of the reservation.
- From 7 days until the day of entry: 50% of the reservation value. 
- No show: 100% of the reservation amount. 
 
HIGH SEASON (December 1st to February 28th, national holidays and commemorative dates)
- Up to 15 days before entry: 10% of the total amount of the reservation
- From 15 days before entry up to 7 days before entry: 50% of the reservation value.
- From 7 days before entry until the day of entry: 100% of the reservation amount

PACKAGES (Carnival, Holy Week) 
- Up to 30 days before entry: 10% of the total amount of the reservation
- From 30 days before entry up to 15 days before entry: 50% of the reservation.
- From 15 days before entry until the day of entry: 100% of the reservation amount
- No show: 100% of the reservation amount. 
 
NEW YEAR'S EVE
- Up to 120 days before entry: 10% of the total amount of the reservation
- From 120 days before entry up to 60 days before entry: 50% of the reservation.
- From 60 days before entry until the day of entry: 100% of the reservation amount 
c) In cases where the guest does not present himself, will be charged 100% of the total amount of the reservation or the amount previously deposited.
d) The user may arrange for its replacement by another passenger, under the same conditions, on the same date.
