Completing 22 years in 2024, Etnia Casa Hotel is a reference for good taste and hospitality in Trancoso. With a project by the gaucho architect Gabriel Garbin, the property is integrated into nature with a forest of 7,000 m2 of native Atlantic Forest. With Yoruba-language names, the six villas bring a reference that expresses the rich presence and contribution of African culture to the country.
Each of them consists of spaces that excel in design and comfort and connect the outdoor areas with environments surrounded by green, such as the pool, restaurant and lounge. The villas are spacious and the décor is unique in each of them, with pieces mined among the best craftsmen and artists of the Recôncavo Baiano and the world. For those who perceive in the art of cooking an entertainment of the soul, all villas have equipped kitchen.
The six villas, whose names refer to the Yoruba language and its culture, are encrusted in a large garden full of native trees, such as pau-brasil, embaúba, jaqueira and jambeiro, as well as orchids and bromeliads. The layout of each unit provides privacy and silence for guests to cultivate dolce far niente in cosy and sophisticated environments that respect architecture responsibly in its construction and maintenance.
